9-23-2024 FC Week 1, Day 1, Kat/Lena

 Lena did such a great job yesterday! She took an active interest in our training class for Ellie, Mary’s puppy. 

It was a new experience for me to be in a class with four small dogs! 😄

Afterward we did some LL practice- MUCH higher distractions than I had last week- she had to work against people and other pups! It was quite challenging for her, to say the least! 

After a little while on her Longe Line, we did some ‘Cool Down’ and she did a great job choosing to stay with me even though she would rather have said ‘hi’ to everyone else. 🥰

Lena made so many good choices today! After cool-down we had a couple relaxing minutes for scritches so she knows I really am a nice person. ☺️

She really is such a darling!
